*No outside main meals (Example: Pizza) – you must order pizza through Dart Wars (Add-on at check out)

*If you need to accommodate a food allergy, contact us at dwsouth@dartwars.com to discuss options (we DO allow accomodations for allergies)

*YOU will provide what you want to celebrate with: Cake or Cupcakes and drink (Bottled only – such as water, Gatorade or juice boxes/pouches)

*NO Ice Cream, Soda, Popcorn, Chips or ANY food not listed above is allowed in the party room

*Have players review the online waiver (www.dartwars.com/south) In FAQ section - prior to showing up for check-in

*Have all players wear athletic shoes for play

*Players can bring in & use their own blasters to use at Dart Wars

(As long as they shoot RIVAL BALL AMMO)

*You will NOT have access to the party room till it is your time to enter for your party (AFTER arena play)

*Dart Wars will provide standard (white) paper plates, napkins & forks. We also provide a cake knife & lighter.

*If you would like to have specific themed plates/napkins or pre-filled balloons - *YOU bring them in and inform the party host upon check-in to ensure your items are used for your party.

*Due to the strict timeline that needs to be followed, decorations other than plates/napkins and pre-filled balloons are NOT allowed

*NO Full Auto Blasters allowed on the Arena (can NOT bring or Rent)

**Cancellation / Refund Policy**

If you cancel OUTSIDE of 2 (TWO) Weeks of your party/event, we will refund you your deposit (MINUS the processing fee of 2.4% + .34 cents)

If you cancel INSIDE of 2 (TWO) weeks of your party/event, we will refund your deposit (MINUS the processing fee of 2.4% + .34 cents AND $25 service charge)
