• Example 2pm Party Timeline:
  • 2pm Check-in​ (When to have your group all be at Dart Wars North)
  • 215pm Briefing
  • 230pm Start Arena Play
  • 345pm Last Game Played
  • 350pm Gear Turn In
  • 355pm IN Party Room
  • 425pm END of party
• Party is 2 hours 25 Mins total time
• Have players read the online waiver www.dartwars.com/north (in the FAQ section)
• Have all players wear athletic shoes for play
• Players can bring in & use their own blasters to use at Dart Wars North (AS Long AS it Shoots RIVAL BALL AMMO)
• You will NOT have access to the party room till it is your time to enter for your party (AFTER arena play)
• Dart Wars North will provide generic white plates, napkins & forks for the celebration in the party room
• If you have specific themed plates/napkins or pre-filled balloons that you bring in and would like to use, inform the party host upon check-in to ensure your items are used for your party
• Decorations other than plates/napkins and pre-filled balloons are NOT allowed
• No outside main meals (Example: Pizza) – you must order pizza through Dart Wars (Add-on at check out)
• YOU will provide Cake or Cupcakes and drink (Bottled only – such as Water, Gatorade or juice boxes/pouches)
• NO Ice Cream, Soda, Popcorn, Chips or ANY food not listed above is allowed in the party room (Unless pre-coordinated)​
• IMPORTANT UPDATE: We NO longer use Elite Darts - We ONLY use Rival Ball ammo on the arena. If you bring your own blaster, it must shoot Rival Ball ammo.

*NO Full Auto Blasters allowed on the Arena (can NOT bring or Rent)

**Cancellation / Refund Policy**

If you cancel OUTSIDE of 2 (TWO) Weeks of your party/event, we will refund you your deposit (MINUS the processing fee of 2.4% + .34 cents)

If you cancel INSIDE of 2 (TWO) weeks of your party/event, we will refund your deposit (MINUS the processing fee of 2.4% + .34 cents AND $25 service charge)
